Discover a Wealth of Information from 34 Counties

Public Records includes tax roll data, deed, lien and sale information, property characteristics, location-enhancing data, such as Zip+4 and carrier routes, annual tax rates and tax histories, flood data and tax maps, land use codes and zoning information for 4.6 million parcels for 34 counties throughout Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Since much of the data in Public Records comes directly from the county tax assessor, TREND updates and corrects the data as it becomes available, allowing the database to mature and improve over time.

Work More Efficiently Using Only One Resource

Public Records is integrated with MLS Blue to create an efficient way for you to transition between a listing in the MLS and property information in Public Records.

If MLS history exists for the property, you can view it, including a photo and a map, when available. Information from Public Records automatically populates when a new listing is entered in the MLS. This ensures the new listing information in the MLS remains consistent with the existing information in Public Records.

Information for property owners who have registered for the Do Not Call or Do Not Mail lists appears on the results page, allowing you to quickly and easily see this information. Additionally, assessor and flood data, tax history and maps are integrated in Public Records, so you don’t have to use any other resources to find this information. It’s all available in TREND’s Public Records.

When farming your market, use Public Records to maximize the effectiveness of your targeted mailings. Performing targeted searches, such as the year a property was sold or tax amounts, enables you to look for prospects more accurately. Search criteria can be saved to efficiently run the same search later. Your last search is automatically saved for each search type.

You can customize the data fields to be exported as text or Excel files and facilitate mail-merge applications or detailed market analysis. Public Records also enables you to customize your labels by performing specific searches, ensuring you find the results you want. These include searching by school district, subdivision/neighborhood, owner name or phone number and comparable properties. Search fields are also customized by the available data for each county.
